Plaza Dental Group will be closing our office as of March 12, 2026.
This was not an easy decision. We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in our team over the years. It has truly been our honor to care for you and your family, and we sincerely appreciate the relationships we have built within our community.
Our priority is to ensure you have the information and support needed to continue your dental care without interruption.
Continuing Your Dental Care
As you transition to a new dental provider, you may find it helpful to:
- Search for a dentist through the American Dental Association’s Find-A-Dentist tool at FindaDentist.ADA.org
- Contact your dental insurance company for a list of in-network providers
We encourage you to establish care with a new provider as soon as possible to maintain continuity of care.
Requesting Your Dental Records
If you would like a copy of your dental records, or would like them transferred directly to your new dentist, please email:
We will provide records in accordance with California state law.
After the office closes, records will continue to be securely maintained, and requests may still be made through the same email address.
